Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and the free trial work for EasyRoad Plus subscriptions purchased through the EasyRoad website.

Who handles payments

Payments for EasyRoad Plus on the web are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, tax, receipts and refunds. If you have a payment or refund question, you can also contact Paddle support through your receipt.

7-day free trial

EasyRoad Plus subscriptions started on the website include a 7-day free trial. You can use all Plus features during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel EasyRoad Plus at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — monthly or annual — and you keep full Plus access until that date. After the period ends, your account returns to the free plan.

Your trips, saved places and documents are never deleted when you cancel or downgrade. Content that goes beyond the free plan limits simply becomes read-only until you subscribe again.

Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Because EasyRoad Plus is a digital service that starts immediately, by subscribing you agree that the service begins straight away. If you have used the service during the withdrawal period, we or Paddle may reduce any refund to reflect that use.

Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, we do not refund the unused part of a billing period for cancellations made part-way through that period. This does not affect any rights you have under local consumer law or Paddle's own refund policies.

How to request a refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@tryeasyroad.com. We will review each request individually and process approved refunds through Paddle.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
